Places visited: Quad Cities Balloon Festival

It was a rainy and windy day. Nothing to do much. We went to this balloon festival near to Moline. It was too cold. This was the first experience of cold to Juilee and Radhika in USA. The festival got cancelled due to bad weather. Still we got to see how they inflate the balloons. Radhika felt sad that she could not ride the balloon. They actually ties the balloon to the ground and then take us up in the sky for like 15/20 meters. May be next time!
